. The National Marine Sanctuary Foundation (NMSF) is a private, non-profit, 501(c)(3) tax exempt organization that assists NOAA's National Marine Sanctuary Program with preserving, protecting and promoting the nations's marine sanctuaries.
Donations to the Kohola Campaign can also be made in the form of a check made payable to NMSF. Donate today and help ensure the future protection of Hawaii's humpback whales. Donations can be made to the program of your choice. Please download, print, complete and mail the Sanctuary donation form.

If you have a car registered in the state of Hawaii you can now purchase a specialty license plate featuring the sanctuary's whale tail logo. $20.00 of the $25.00 annual fee goes directly to supporting sanctuary programs. The 11-track album features a number of Hawaii’s top artists; some of whom created original compositions specifically for the CD. All of the musicians donated their work and time to raise awareness of the importance of Hawaii’s ocean resources and the need to protect them.
Priced at $15, Kai Palaoa can be purchased through the National Marine Sanctuary Foundation Sanctuary Store, as well as at the Waikiki Aquarium, Hanauma Bay and music retailers in Hawaii. A portion of the proceeds will support Kokua Hawai‘i Foundation and the Hawaiian Islands Humpback Whale National Marine Sanctuary’s education programs.
